PLEASE NOTE - Each bid is for ONE Set that includes 2 rods and 2 Pillow Blocks This rod is hardened to a 60 case, precision ground and polished. 60 Case LinearRace shaft surface hardness provides resistance to deformation, whether it be from extreme point contact loading from bearing balls, line contact from rollers, or area contact from sleeve bearings. Hardness also provides resistance to wear, maintaining critical internal bearing fitup dimensions. 60 Case-hardened LinearRace shafting also provides a significant increase in bending and rotational fatigue resistance.
