Ladies and Gentlemen, up for your bidding, is my used UPA Technology CB-3 Circuit Board Guide, with base, 4 fuses, and it's case. The tester appears to be in very good condition. The case has the lid taped on, visible in the pictures. I have to admit, I know nothing about operation or use of this machine. However, I'm selling it with a 30 day guarantee.
