This Kipper tool box appears to be complete. All the that slots for tool have the right sizes and different brands but the right kind of tool in there right location. Kipper has put together various brands to create a very capable set. This kit is used, in good working condition. The kit shows use and storage wear, and id marks both on the tools and box. Some of the tools have some chipping of the chrome, residue, or surface rust spots. There is a nik in the blade of the Proto 206G Diagonl cutter pliers. The tool box shows wear. The latches work, but the padlock eyelets are broken. The wheels sound like they may need new ball bearings. The small fold out tray inside the front fold out cover works. Come as photo'd.
