These rules are made in the USA by Precision Engineering Company (PEC Tools), a premier US tool manufacturer. They are made from the finest steel available and are hardened and tempered. They have a black chrome finish and are precision photo etched and then white filled for easy readability. The black chrome with white markings creates a “zero-glare” ruler that is easy to read in low and bright light conditions. The metric graduation shows mm and .5mm on each side. Rules are .750” wide and .036” thick. Both long edges are ground flat and straight.
