USECO CATR Rethermalizing Double Oven RTM-2-AF The USECO Rethermalizing Oven provides speed and flexibility in rethermalizing chilled foods to ideal serving temperatures. Rethermalization is gentle, thorough, protects and enhances food quality while preventing nutritive loss caused by prolonged heat exposure. The RTM-2 is a double unit with two cavities with total capacity of ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with covers, sideloaded on no-tip ledges with 4" spacing, or 2 removable cassettes that accommodate fractional size pans or preportioned food on dishes with covers. The RTM-2 will contain dishes for 20 trays. Each unit is equipped with a dual-function, solid state control panel. Has 5" heavy duty casters, two with locks. Features • Computer control board features an easy-to-read, easy-to-clean surface and legend. • Solid state computerized controls are pre-set for optimum performance with alternative manual operation. • The digital readout permits closely monitored preparation and service time requirements. • Constructed of high grade stainless steel, interior and exterior.
