Current location is Kansas City, MO 64117. Unless otherwise stated, prior to delivery or pick-up, we will remove any debris from the building, we will broom clean and will hook the building to power to confirm working HVAC and electrical. For customer pick-ups, please ensure that your driver(s) are equipped with all necessary parts, materials and/or permits, as required to properly and safely transport. This includes: proper 2-5/16” ball, break-away box, plug for lights and brake wires (which will be loose with no plug connection), straps to properly secure exterior doors or other items that could be a hauling hazard. Since our toter trucks use light bars, many of our units will not have tail lights installed, so please ensure your transport truck has proper equipment. Our yard personnel make every effort to check air in tires, tire quality and to keep hubs and axles greased but this in no way ensures that issues will not occur during transport. Our yard personnel will not be available to assist in hooking building to your transport truck. Help keep our roads safe and educate drivers prior to arrival. Pick-ups can be done Monday-Friday 8AM-2PM. It is highly recommended that an on-site (Kansas City, MO) inspection be completed prior to purchase. Successful bidder will be responsible for any and all sales taxes.
