This listing is for one used blue and reflective POLICE safety vest. There are no tears anywhere. There are some stains on the back between the vertical strips. There is a scuff mark on the bottom of the L on the back of the vest. This was more than likely caused by the vest being folded up and bounced around the back of a patrol car. This vest would be the perfect accessory to a Halloween costume. Information, Terms of Sale and Feedback: All items come from a non-smoking home with no dogs.
