I have yet to have anyone request a return, but thought I would offer something similar to what an antique or collectable store might offer to purchase an item back for if somebody decides they no longer want it. I put this out up front because I doubt most people even click through on the terms of the return policy. For that matter, I've never even been aware of a brick & mortar's policy until I've wanted to return something. ABOUT THIS SIGN- This sign measures approximately 36 inches by 36 inches along the sides (almost 51x51 diagonally across from opposite corners) and is the standard thick metal signs the city uses. It is a caution CEMETERY ENTRANCE sign. Locals can pick it up if they do not pay using paypal! FANTASTIC FOR YOUR HALLOWEEN DISPLAY FOR YEARS TO COME! If there is a dollar, ruler, or something else in the picture other than they sign, it is not included and is for purposes of letting you judge the dimensions only. HELPFUL HINT- IF ALLOWED, ENLARGE THE PICTURE, THEN RIGHT CLICK IT AND DOWNLOAD - YOU CAN OFTEN FURTHER ENLARGE IT TO SEE THINGS EVEN BETTER. I cannot tell you what form of payment is required for PICKUPS because Ebay says you cannot specifically ask for certain "paper" forms of payment upon PICKUP. They do say I can have you contact me about making payment arrangements upon pickup, so please do that. Shipping- I'm willing to combine shipping TO SAVE YOU MONEY! (This is probably especially useful with the bigger signs as sometimes the size of the package, instead of the weight, is what is making the shipping expensive). IMPORTANT- To get get combined shipping you MUST pay for all your purchased items at the same time AFTER I SEND YOU THE REVISED INVOICE. Sorry, but if you pay for a sign EBAY wants me to ship it out within my stated ship time, so you might not be able to combine shipping in that case. Although I use the UPS shipping calculator, I reserve the right to substitute shipping via FEDEX ground instead as that has a location closer to me. I am selling a number of items that all used scrap metal in the form of street signs, therefore I have not tested them or checked for potential defects. I take pictures so you can see the condition of what is essentially scrap metal so you can tell the condition, such as bends, gouges, cracks, holes, fading, surface appearance and hopefully any other factors that would affect the value of this material. I would not list the item if I thought that there any problem that is not in the listing, including the photos.
