USED DEGUSSA-NEY NEY CERAMPRESS Q50 PRESSING FURNACE W/NEY VAC PUMP - IN VERY GOOD CONDITION click picture to enlarge This is a used Ney-Degussa Ney Cerempress Q50 Press Furnace for porcelain with matching Ney Dental Vacuum Pump, all complete in very good condition. Everything here is working, checked out fully in our lab for operation without compressed air. The unit has a pressure regulator package with filter and gauge with a 3/16-inch OD boss for your connection of your compressed air for pressing. In this furnace when you start a program the furnace comes up to start-up temperature, you verify that, then you manually close the oven chamber through the up switch on the front of the control panel. The unit goes through a full self-test fine when turned on. The furnace is product code 9494300, serial number GPA0005-107, rated 100-120 volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz, 13 amps, 1500/1800 watts. This furnace is made in the USA, and it is currently supported by Dentsply Ceramco. The furnace is programmable, and once a program is selected and the muffle closed you push the green "S" Start button and everything happens automatically from that point. The vacuum pump is Ney Product Code 94-92-999 Diaphragm Vacuum Pump, Modell DAA-V176-EB, serial number 9908719179, rated 3.5 amps, 115 volts AC single phase, 60 hertz. The furnace is 11 inches wide by 15-12 inches deep and 20-1/2 inches tall. Shipping weight of the furnace alone is 68 pounds. Usable chamber size is 3.75 inches in diameter by 2-1/2 inches in height. The furnace has a 72 inches long AC power cord with standard American 3-prong plug end and on the other end it plugs into the unit. The pump is made in the USA. The pump is 8 inches wide by 9 inches tall by 12 inches long and has a power cord 108 inches total length that plugs into the back of the furnace so that the furnace program controls the pump. From the vacuum pump to the furnace there is a 48 inches long thick wall plastic vacuum hose 1/2 inches OD 1/4 inch ID. The pump shipping weight is 30 pounds. Everything here has been checked in our lab and it is working fine. We will ship this furnace item double boxed to insure safe shipping, and the vacuum pump will ship in a separate box.
