They first plugged the unit in and tested the electrical components to ensure they are working properly and no connections are shorted or frayed. All mechanical and safety parts including the transmission, gears and start/stop button were tested. They then added dough to the mixer to ensure it mixes properly and consistently. The gear housing oil was also changed. This Used Hobart L800 Dough Mixer passed all quality control tests and is in good condition. That is why we offer a 90 Day Parts & Labor Warrantyon this reconditioned product! (This warranty is not applicable for residential use.) If used equipment is gas, water, 208v or higher, or 3 phase electrical, installation by a “professional restaurant equipment technician”, who is licensed in your state, is required in order to obtain the warranty on this product.
