This generator has been used for telecommunications back-up service throughout its operating lifetime. The unit is mounted on a Ward two axle sound attenuated trailer with integrated fuel tank between the frame rails. Unit has many features to assure continuous service when called upon. Onan 250 ODFM 17R/1159 - 250kW/313 kVA rating – Current original hours 872.1 1997 - Ward Equipment 16,000 GVWR Ward Equipment Dual Axle Trailer Cummins Heavy Duty NTA-855-g engine Variable Voltage Distribution Bus Block pre-heater for instant engine start – to load New starting batteries installed 2012 Generator was under continuous preventive maintenance contract through December 2011 by Cummins Pacific. All routine and observed maintenance deficiencies were completed by their technicians. Full load test was performed by Cummins Pacific - 8-11-11 – 243 KW at 97% loading (869.9 hours at completion). Batteries are kept charged, and unit is tested bi-monthly.
