DESCRIPTION USED TECO VFD MA7200-2003-N4 RETURN POLICY Please check your item immediately upon receipt to verify that everything is correct and working as stated in the ad. If the item is damaged, defective or does not match the description in the ad then we will issue a replacement upon receipt of the original item. In instances where there are no more like items in stock, we will issue a refund. What do I do if my item does not match the description in the ad? Please communicate through the "ASK SELLER QUESTION" located on the top left hand corner within 72 hours of the receipt of the product. We will rectify the situation right away. What do I do if I need to return an item? Contact us to obtain an RMA number. Please DO NOT ship an item back to us without obtaining an RMA number first. The item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. Refunds will not be issued for incomplete items How long do I have to return the item? You should contact us concerning the problem within 72 hours of receipt of the item. No returns will be accepted if we have not been contacted within 7 days of buyer receipt of the item. We must receive the item within 14 days of the RMA number being issued. What do I do with the RMA number? Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Also, write the RMA number on a copy of your receipt and place it inside the box. Who pays for shipping charges on an RMA? The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is because of a mistake on our part. For returns or exchanges that we pay for we authorize the sender to use our UPS account # for the return, we do not use call tags or reimburse for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable as well. What if the item arrives damaged? Contact us within 72 hours and a replacement will be sent. Return of the item or proof of damage may be required before shipment of any replacement. What if the item is defective? We stand behind our products.
