I guarantee it will not be DOA. Comes with the portable Vallylab Optimumm Smoke Evacuator, Valleylab E3625 Filter Cartridge and Power cord. This system has a suction control adjustment and filter test feature. A full line of replacement filters, tubing and other accessories are available from various online resources. Replacement filters cost about $50.00. There are several modes to include Continuous, Footswitch, Standby and Rapidvac. The Rapidvac mode allows this smoke evacuator to be attached and synchronized to a Valleylab ESU Device. There is a port for a pneumatic type footswitch but there is no footswitch included. Specifics- · Valleylab ESU/Laser Smoke Evacuator System · Model: Optimumm · Serial No: ABSO 1687 · Modes: Continuous, Standby, Footswitch, Rapidvac · 115 Volts – 60 Hz – 6 Amps · Tyco Valleylab E3625 Filter Cartridge · Suction Control · Filter Test · Pneumatic Footswitch port · Benchtop · Hospital Grade Cord · Carry handle on back CONDITION: Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with some normal sign of use and no damage. The filter passes the filter test but the cap on the filter has been cracked and there is a small hole. Will likely have to have a new filter installed before it is used. The suction control is working. I also tested the pneumatic footswitch port and it is working but there is no footswitch included. The footswitch is an optional accessory and not required for the system to be used. I have fully tested this device and it is working exactly as it should. The cord is like new. All four rubber feet are firmly attached. AGE: Age of this system is unknown.
