19 oz. California Framer Hammer (Milled Face, 17" Curved Hickory Handle) vaughan-116-04 The California Framer combines two of Vaughan's most popular tools into one serious framing hammer. Inspired by the "999" series, the swept claw and extra-large face make for easy ripping and driving. The Rigbuilder's hatchet eye and sturdy handle provide stability. For extra strength, the hatchet-style handle has a large cross section where it joins the head. The head is forged from American high-carbon steel, triple-zone heat treated, precision machined and polished for a beautiful finish.
