Info: The V1300X-RVC Rackmount Quantum-TSI Intelligent Remote Control Panel from Vicon is a remote control keypad with a pan-and-tilt joystick for variable- or fixed-speed operation. This unit is ideal for remote control of CPUs, camera receivers, additional keypads, and matrix switchers, among other possible uses. This rackmount model will fit in a standard 19" EIA rack. It can be tilted within the rack at an angle of up to 12°. It offers simple pushbutton control for a number of CCVS functions, including: selection, zoom, focus, iris, auto pan, auto iris, lens speed, receiver preset position entry, alarm acknowledgment, and receiver communication failure acknowledgment, among other functions. The keypad features key-input buffering and allows for front-panel programming of the following functions: operational mode of the keypad, keypad address, pass codes, speed control type, joystick response, receiver function inhibit, and automatic log off. The keypad also offers (2) single-keystroke and (18) double-keystroke macro functions, each of which is user programmable up to 256 keys. A self-diagnostic mode is available to perform the following tests: LEDs and status displays, serial and parallel communications, reset circuits, front panel switches, memory ICs, and analog-to-digital converter. This unit uses an Intel 8031 microcontroller.
