This is a FEATURED IS A PRE-OWNED VINTAGE 12" INGENTO #4 PAPER CUTTER IN EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION and aesthetic condition. Blade needs sharpening. I used this myself for years cutting cards for jewelry stock. I am no longer doing as such and needed to dispose of this fabulous old cutter. Whether you decide to use it or display it, its a great piece of memorabilia!
