Please wait for invoice before paying. This meter is in nice shape. Made by General Electric model 8AP3, no. 1171431, type P-3. The paper inside the lid gives it's specs as seen in my picture. There is no broken plastic. The display window is clear. I've tested the meter through a veriac and it reads accurately. The on/off switch is a little worn, but works, and needs to be turned beyond the word "on" in the plastic. The indicator needle doesn't reset exactly on "0" unless you tap the side of the case. The wood case is made of walnut wood and looks to have been refinished. There are two small drill holes just below the latch and a small scratch on the bottom edge below that. The leather handle stitching has come loose. Although I've picked the meter up by the strap it probably should not be picked up that way due to the age of the strap. Nice collectible meter for display.
