All weights are present and appear to be stainless. Comes in plastic box with tweezers. We usually ship on Fridays. If you need it sooner, please send separate email requesting this. We are not responsible if your address is not correct with paypal. Most items under 5 pounds go USPS. Over 5 pounds go UPS. If you don't have a physical address listed you MUST for UPS.
