STA15006 Vintage Bates 9000 Maroon Desk Stapler Awesome Stapler! DESCRIPTION: • all steel construction • loads standard staples • 8-1/4" long CONDITION: Very Good Condition. CONDITION: Condition of each item is as stated in the listing description. Used items will typically show some signs of use and wear such as minor scuffs, scratches or dings. Any significant damage or deficiency will be fully described. Please carefully review the photos for the item. Electrical items are tested as indicated in the description for the item. Some items are only tested to “power on”. This means the item was plugged in and a power on response was confirmed. When full functionality has been tested, the description will state to what degree of functionality the item was tested. Some items are sold for “parts, repair or refurbish”. This indicates that the item is deficient in one or more ways and is not fully functional. All used items will be thoroughly cleaned and/or disinfected (where appropriate) prior to shipment, however, in some cases, stubborn staining or yellowing of plastic might remain. Any stickers and glue residue will be removed. PAYMENT: Payment is due immediately at the close of an auction (for those items sold at auction). For all other items, payment is due immediately upon purchase. I only accept Pay Pal – no other forms of payment are accepted. Items will be shipped 24-48 hours after payment is received. I usually will ship within 24 hours but sometimes the extra time might be needed due to high volume or other unforeseen circumstances. SHIPPING: I ship to all locations except for P.O. Boxes. International shipping and shipping outside the Continental U.S. will incur additional shipping charges plus any applicable customs duties. Contact me for any special shipping situations. In the event that shipping costs are much lower than the amount charged, I will offer a refund of a portion of the shipping charge. RETURNS: I will accept returns for a full refund, if returned within the stated return period, for any product that is not as described in the listing. Returns for any other reason (“Buyer’s Remorse”) will incur a 20% restocking charge. Returns for items listed with a “money back guarantee” will be refunded for the full purchase price and the purchase shipping costs, if they do not perform as indicated in the listing. All items returned must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Any new item that has been removed from the original packaging will incur a 50% restocking charge unless it is covered under a stated warranty or DOA guarantee. Any item that shows obvious signs of use after purchase will not be accepted for return or refund. Software, DVDs, or CDs that are removed from a sealed package cannot be returned unless they were sold in that condition (open package). If the product arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Keep all packing materials and take photographs (if possible) of the condition that the package arrived in. Some products will have a warranty stated in the selling description. For those items, the return period is extended for the length of the warranty period if the product should fail or malfunction at any time during the warranty period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued when the returned product is received. Refunds will consist of the full purchase price only. Any shipping charges paid upon purchase are not refundable, unless stated otherwise.
