This "Hilger Watts" surveyors level, accessories and its' case are in "as found" condition. The level has retained much of its' grey paint work, however, there are the usual scuffs, scratches and marks that you would expect from a well used item of this age. The glass elements appear to be clear but would benefit from a clean, there is a good image when the focus knob is used. The spirit level is intact with its' bubble. The level appears to be complete and moves smoothly. The side is marked "Hilger & Watts Ltd, Made in England" and "No.83321". I have tried to show the condition in the photographs. The original fitted metal case is in good order and solidly constructed. The leather strap has broken.
