I originally purchased this paper cutter for an at-home stationery business but no longer need it for my business.  It works wonderfully.  I believe that it was made in the 50's and I have the original manual and parts list in PDF format.  I purchased this cutter from a man who retired and owned a stationery business.  He purchased it new and had lovingly kept it in his store until the shop closed.  I have kept it covered in my home when not in use.  It was oiled when I purchased it and I had the 3 blades that it comes with professionally sharpened.  Two have not been used since I sharpened them and I also have a box of new plastic guard strips for it.  This is industrial quality and will easily cut through a stack of paper 6 inches thick or thicker! This cutter is very heavy and I can not ship it.  It's pickup only and you will need a truck and a forklift to put it into your truck.
