Well, this certainly is a bizarre item! For sale is this vintage "Consequences of Drug Abuse" travelling display. Created by Health Edco out of Waco, TX. Judging from the Doskocil heavy plastic briefcase and the interior background graphics, I would date this to the 1960's/70's, but I am not sure. It certainly reminds me of the type of display Health Ed teachers would use in high school to try and scare the crap out of you. I don't take drug addiction lightly, but the bullet wounds graphic is a bit much! All the organs are 3-D and made of some type of cast plastic. Really well done and in great condition. Closed, the case measures approx. 27" h x 13 1/2" w x 5" d. Opened, it is 27" w. As this is heavy, shipping is $29 across US connecting states.
