Complete vintage Delta cast switch box. The box is in pristine condition and furnished with an original equipment single phase ball toggle switch and your choice of any of four styles of Delta reproduction switch plates. The two piece Delta box is an OEM box as was used on vintage 50's and 60's Delta saws, shapers, and jointers. The box components were disassembled, sandblasted, verified to be free of cracks or blemishes, and then prime painted in gray. The box is complete with both cable clamp pieces and comes furnished with new stainless steel screws to mount the clamp halves to the front and rear box components, and with stainless steel screws to mount the front half of the box to the rear half of the box. The switch is a hard-to-find double pole original equipment ball tipped toggle switch in excellent condition. It was checked for continuity and the action of the switch mechanism is crisp. The switch is clean and corrosion free. The switch is complete with all four brass terminal screws. The double pole 4 screw arrangement allows this switch to be used on either a 115V or 220V machine. The purchaser can also choose between any one of the four Delta cover plates shown in the photos. The choices are: the original Delta Unisaw plate the Delta/Rockwell Unisaw plate a red Delta Mfg. plate a black Delta Mfg. plate These top quality plates are stainless steel silk screened reproductions of the OEM aluminum switch plates. The complete box as offered here also includes stainless screws for mounting the switch, and stainless screws for attaching the cover plate to the switch box.
