Early this year I went to an estate sale where a man restored case tractors for 30 years. I bought a lot of items at the auction, there was just so much stuff, that towards the end of the auction, they just started putting several items in lots and you bid on it all. I don't buy items I don't know anything about or what they are worth but this belt lacer was in a lot with items I do know something about. I apologize guys but I know nothing about these. Here's what I can tell you, the handle moves and the lower part moves, so I don't think anything is froze up or rusted so this won't move. It could use a good bath in lubricant to help it move. I don't do that when I'm shipping an item. One detection of any fluids and UPS will reject the item, so it's dry and I'm sure everything will move a lot better once lubricated. I can see it's missing one handle, easy fix compared to what these cost. Let me know if there's anything you want me to check or if you can't see something in the pics. It's heavy and it's on calculate by weight, nothing I can do about shipping cost.
