It has some surface discoloration of the patina, wear such as worn surfaces, scuffs and scratches, etc. This can still be used, no box or instructions enclosed though, so check with local vet before use. This can be for display or maybe that unique gift for a farmer or vet that has everything. Originally purchased as a gag gift for my husband, lol!
