is offering.... “ A VINTAGE BROCHURE FROM THE FLINTKOTE COMPANY, NEW YORK CITY PROMOTING ITS LINE OF ROOFING, SIDING AND INSULATION MATERIALS. CIRCA LATE 1940'S" An orange, yellow and black soft cover booklet with illustrated front cover and a list of district offices on the back cover. Cites being in business for over 47 years. Given its start in business was 1901, the booklet was from the late 1940's. Issued for distributors and dealers by The Flintkote Company, New York City. Sixteen pages, including the covers. The booklet provides information on the company's line of building materials, specifically its roofing, siding and insulation products. It serves to promote them to customers and potential customers. Informative text is augmented by product descriptions, specifications and photos and/or illustrations. Original. The brochure is in good condition. The major flaws are tears between the tops of both covers and the body of the booklet. Modest wear to the covers.... Some minor creasing around the edges. Some light edge wear.
