Here for sale is a Vintage Knight 600 Series Vacuum Tube Tester Allied Radio KG-600B This vintage vacuum tube tester was made in Chicago, IL USA and is a highly rated tester from what I have read online about it. Great for tube guitar amps, stereos, radios, vintage tv's and more! Comes with the original paper scroll chart installed and PDF copy of the manual too! This comes from an estate of an electronic repairman. Has some wear as shown in the photos, clearly due to it's age. The metal case is solid, all knobs and switches move as they should, both lights under the paper scroll chart work, line adjust knob does adjust the meter needle as it should, the clip cable and power cable both can be stored inside the case, as well as the top mounted spring retractable handle. It does look like the power cable was replaced / upgraded at some point in time. The metal wheel to turn the scroll chart seems a bit tougher to turn at times then it should, likely just needs some cleaning or adjustment. I do not have any tubes to test this item past powering it on or know anything else about it, and due to it being a vintage electronic, this item is sold as is / as shown. Another ebay member has told me this is the original KG-600, and at the time this one was sold, it was known only by its stock number, 83YX143.
