For damage that occurred during shipment, a claim must be filed with me within 48 hours of delivery. Item (s) that were damaged during shipping will be picked up by the carrier or returned by the buyer at their expense. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment only after a claim check from the carrier has been received. Regarding returns, I guarantee everything I sell. However, the 15% restocking charge applies if an item is deemed new, like new, or in a sealed package, and the package was opened. There are no returns allowed for electrical items while software, DVDs, videos, and VCR tapes are non-returnable, unless defective.
