I played with it a bit & found it needs ink, but does leave an imprint with a trace of ink in the appropriate dollar & cents on the paper inserted. It will print up to 999999. The first button is stuck at the bottom. I'm not sure if it is locked or stuck. But it won't budge. It comes with the original key & does lock the handle. Condition: There are scratches and some rust on the base. Needs cleaned up a bit. The first button is stuck at the bottom. I'm not sure if it is locked or stuck. But it won't budge.
