This is an old Precision Apparatus Co. color generator, Model E-450.  It has paint chipping off and the handle is cracked, but still usable.  There is also some wire showing on the leads.  It powers on and makes noise, but has not been tested.  You are buying this as is with no returns. If you are interested in multiple items from my store, send me a message, and I will see what I can do to save you money either by combining shipping or discounting the price.
