Heavy gauge aluminum construction hoop with standard size 14 mesh screen, tautly stretched & ready for service. Invaluable secret weapon for making perfectly light gnocchi dough by mashing your hot potatoes through this it will produce a fine & even blended dough which is what you want for melt in your mouth gnocchi! Makes silky smooth purees... Perfect for flour but great for sifting lumps from dry cornmeal breading & can also be used as a strainer.
