Sadly I must start selling some of my rarer stuff as I downsize, preparing for a relocation. This Railroad car/cart was a barn find from quite a few years back. It was either a baggage or circus cart from what I can find out from an 90 year old retired RR engineer I know. He dates it from the late 20's top around 1930. I have no way to tell. It appears to have mostly original paint on the metal body, the roof is wood construction and appears to be original under the fabric canopy. The condition is fair given its age and I have had it displayed inside my man cave for several years. It roll easily but the left front wheel bearing has some play. It does have side curtains that roll down. The fabric on top,curtains, and the glass identifier signs appear to have been replaced some time in its life. I currently have used it as a bed as a single mattress fits nicely. I have not been able to find another one anywhere or even a picture of anything similar on line. Dimensions are 10 feet long, 42 inches wide, and 7', 3" inches tall. Unknown weight. I will offer pickup or will help your shipper load.
