Vintage Rockwell Delta 1"x42" Vertical Belt Sander Grinder 31-350 & Manual Belts Up for auction is this vintage Rockwell Delta 1" x 42" vertical belt sander grinder. According to the manual it is model #31-350. This includes the sander, original manual, 3 unused sanding belts, the sanding belt currently on it, and a 1/2" x 33" belt. The pulley has fractures and a small piece chipped out (I have the chip). The drive pulley has duct tape around it. I didn't see anything cracked but I did not remove the tape to see what it looks like under it. Everything moves freely and smoothly. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
