Vintage SYLVANIA GENERAL TELEPHONE & ELECTRONICS Microwave Product Guide (I could not find a year - I believe it's from the late 1960's - 1968?).  Way beyond my comprehension, so I cannot give accurate usage - see pictures.  56 pages.  Introduction states: "In 1942, Sylvania produced its first commercially available microwave diode.  Since then, Sylvania has become an industry leader in both its contributions to the state-of-the-art and as an unmatched producer of the world's most reliable microwave diode devices.  Sylvania's present manufacturing skills and new product capabilities are a direct result of more than 25 years of time-tested experience .... has produced such industry-recognized building-blocks as: tripolar broadband diodes, epitaxial techniques, micro-min diodes, beam-lead diodes, solid-state devices, planar germanium back diodes, planar tunnel diodes and the latest AOD or avalanche oscillator diode.  ..."
