This is a Vintage Western Electric Company, AC Continuity Test Set. Looks like it is from the war era as the outer canvas bag looks military in cloth, markings and color. Main unit fits in to this speciality canvas bag with a opening at the bottom so it will kept together with any other pieces still while being plugged in ( I suppose, but not for sure). Comes with the actual main unit, canvas bag, cylinder of some sort with leather strap, assuming it is another test device, and a test cable. This unit is untested, and the test cable has one complete end, the other is showing bare wire. Bag comes with usual/typical odor as canvas outdoor old, musty stuff, and some dust. Has 4 pouches one on each side to hold extra stuff for instant the tester cable on one side the cylinder tester on the other. Maker and age unknown, as well as knowing if it was any kind of military issue. The canvas bag reads ITE-4137. I take pride in my pictures, and are a valuable extension of my description.
