ViseCleats Model 100's are the work horse of the ViseCleat line.  These jaws drastically increase the productivity of (Kurt style) 6” vises.  Features such as several 1/4-20 tapped holes provide an unlimited platform for parallels, stops, sine bars and 1-2-3 blocks.  Model 100's can be used upside down, offering you a choice of .125" or .250" grip depths. Essentially, all ViseCleat Models (except for Model 400) can be used two different ways.  ViseCleats are machined from mild steel and case hardened to 55-60 RC, then precision ground.  After grinding they are given a black-oxide finish.  All ViseCleat MODELS ARE SOLD AS A SET CONSISTING OF 2 JAWS. · Carburized and hardened to 55-60 RC · Precision ground step height within .0002” TIR · Two grips with one jaw set  · Black-Oxide finish · Provides excellent gripping. and super precision parallelism · Eliminates unsecured parallels · Over 5 lbs. shipping weight   A must have tool for any precision machine shop.  Original Model 100's sets have been in continuous use at ortoolworks for over 10 years.  Countless of set-up hours saved.
