Made in USA Description: Our S1 series table top shuttle type heat sealers are designed for small to medium volume production requirements. These sealers may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters. The S1 series are available in one station with a standard sealing area of 10 x 12 inches. These high quality sealers are ideal for startup companies, back up equipment, cellular production lines or low volume in-house packaging. The S1 series shuttle type sealers are a one operator shuttle type utilizing quick-change sealing trays. Operation: An operator loads the blister(s), product(s) and blister card(s) into the sealing fixture. The shuttle tray is pushed into the machine and the automatic sealing cycle is initiated by a micro switch. At the end of the short sealing cycle the shuttle tray is pulled back, the finished package(s) removed and the process is repeated.
