It includes the Action Dome. The dome has the gasket, but it looks a bit dry. There are no leaks in the container. Payments accepted only through Paypal. We do not accept personal checks or other forms of payment, so please don't ask. PayPal gives protections to both buyer and seller that other methods do not. MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES: If you are buying multiple items, please do not submit a Paypal payment until I've sent you a combined invoice. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS: Please do not pay until I send you an invoice including shipping charges. I will need your location to quote shipping costs. SHIPPING TIMES: We generally ship no later than the second business day after payment is received. If I receive your payment early in the day, your item will be shipped on the next business day.
