DESCRIPSION                   The LM29150RS, TO252-3L Voltage Regulator is a high current, high accuracy, and low-dropout voltage regulator. Using process with a PNP pass element, this regulator features 350mV (full load) dropout voltages and very low ground current. This device also finds applications in lower current, low dropout-critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes.
