Rotator nozzle - 1" hose fit, 2.5' diameter, 3.75' length, Vortex rotator for spin and angled cleaning Interior/exterior thread-in replaceable set screw jet/water jet Socket-headed (white ceramic) inserts 7 Jets/orifice total, nozzle orifice sizes are: 3 rear jets =  7/64 fit 2 on body = 5/64 fit 2 other body = 3/32 fit Used, has been run in pipe Advanced Work Horses 1503 Thrust/Cleaning Jets Crown cleaning, finish, cleaning and grease removal. High thrust spinner Tier 2. Ceramic inserts had been pioneered in Europe, where for years they have been using only reclaimed water for sewer and storm drain cleaning. Reclaimed water has a much higher mineral and particulate content than fresh water, which wrecks havoc on nozzles. Ceramics were employed to create orifices because of their hardness and competitive cost. However, until recently, only ceramic discs, like flat washers, were commercially available. Those discs generate significant turbulence. Picture a water stream under pressure, rushing down a channel (the internal bore of an insert only to reach the end where all must exit through a single tiny hole. All those water molecules jostling for the exit! Cavitation is the result, a form of extreme turbulence, which robs performance. Flow straighteners mask the problem, unintentionally limiting the amount of water that will reach the exit.
