Here is a new mint condition tower fault locator instrument patented by Westinghouse Electrical Corporation in 1973, this one is stamped for 1974. I dug up some data on this thing and it was used for locating faults with other instrumentation. The casing seems to be made of bakelite with an older styling like the Westinghouse stuff from 1950s-60s, so I figure they just reused bakelite casings that were overstocked. This piece would be great for Rat rod / ratrod instrumentation, a Mad Max kinda style, or in some kind of Cyberpunk or steampunk costume, for a prop for a movie, or just to sit on your shelf or perhaps even to use for its intended purpose!
