This lightly used Vulcan 48RRG-FRED1 Gas with stand is in excellent cosmetic and working condition and available at less than 50% of new cost (over $6000). The 48” Gas Griddle (48RRG) from Vulcan is a high-end model from the Rapid Recovery Series and is ENERGY Star® compliant. This quality unit is made from stainless steel with a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame. The 3/4-inch griddle plate is made to maintain a consistent and even temperature across its entire surface area with a temperature discrepancy of only 12 degrees Fahrenheit.
