Thanks for looking at our Proofers & Ovens. These are used Vulcan-Hart Flashbake Ovens w/ digital controls (VFB12 ). This oven is ideal for cooking baked goods such as pizzas or cookies in an incredibly short amount of time. The Flashbake oven is able to quickly cook food on its 16” carousel cooking grill without pre-heating due to the seven 2,000w quartz halogen lamps (four on top, three on bottom) inside its 18”w x 18”d x 7 3/4 ”h Alanod oven interior. Save even more time with the digital controls, which accept up to ten recipe programs. This countertop oven sits on 4” legs and boasts a handsome stainless steel exterior with a windowed door. In the event we accept a deposit on an item, we will store the item free of charge for one week. Each successive week the item is stored, a 5% storage fee will be taken out of the deposit. No returns are accepted on used items, or new items that are made to order from a manufacturer, such as new display cases. Much of our equipment will require wiring, and/or installation of a plug. Any warranty is voided in the event any peice of equipment is wired by an unlicensed person. Proof of professional wiring will be required for any returns to be considered. If returns are requested within 14 days of buyer’s receipt of item, and approved, a return label will be emailed to you. Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be issued in the form of money back, less return shipping fees, and a 25% restocking fee. If the item is over 69 lbs, customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight up front.
