Fully stainless steel composition means easier cleaning and a long-lasting product that will not rust or corrode for years even under the stress of commercial kitchens. The heavy bar rim supports the true working capacity of the unit and the tank is printed with gallon and liter markings to ensure a true measurement every time. The kettle features an ellipsoidal design kettle bottom, meaning superior heat transfer and faster cooking times. Features: Heavy bar rim, 2/3 jacketed, Faucet bracket.
