At 48 inches in width, this unit can withstand the trials of a commercial kitchen and high-traffic, daily use. The grates are made from cast iron and will support heavy stock pots and pans without putting strain on the inner components. A fully welded steel body also contributes to the unit's strength and allows this hot plate to survive through commercial work environments. A full-with pull-out crumb tray finishes this superior product, making cleaning as easy and convenient as cooking and holding products. Features: Lift-off burners, 12. 375" working height, Fully welded steel chassis, Stainless steel construction.
