VWR Digital Rocker Works as it should, includes 30-day 100% no-hassle money back warranty. Ideal for cell culturework, staining and destaining gels, hybridization procedures, hematology, andblotting techniques. Shakers are designed for use in incubators, CO2incubators, cold rooms (–10 to 60°C), 80% relative humidity, non-condensingenvironments. Large platform tray is ideal for holding staining trays, cultureflasks, petri dishes, and microtiter and multi-well plates. Spill-resistantdesign channels fluids away from internal components. Base is constructed ofdurable cast aluminum for extra stability. Microprocessor touch padcontrol provides electronic angle adjustment which allows user to easily adjustrocking angle from 0 to 15° while unit is operating. Precise speed controlprovides smooth, low-speed rocking motion down to 1rpm. For improvedrepeatability, on-board memory recalls last settings even when unit is turnedoff. Audible and visual signalswill activate when system detects an overloaded, unbalanced condition, orobstruction of the tray. LED display will show elapsed time or, when programmedto user defined limit, will count down to zero and shut off unit. Audible alarmwill sound when time reaches zero. Optional alarm mute can be set from thetouch pad control. Powerful, maintenance-free stepper motor handles heavy loadsup to 4.5kg (10lbs.) and provides a long service life.
