We ship items early but do not change status while they travel through Canada until we are sent tracking #'s. All items are guaranteed to arrive within 7-20 business days from date of purchase unless it is a postal issue or something beyond our control. International- $5.00-$10.00 in most cases. (International shipping takes 3-6 weeks on average and there is no tracking. In rare occasions may take up to 8 weeks.
