WATKINS-JOHNSON WJ-8711 30Mhz HF DSP Premium Receiver with Preselector full options This model of WJ-8711 has the full options (preselector, internal loud speaker etc.). Frequency range is 5kHz to 30 Mhz in 1 hz steps. Working modes are AM, FM, CW, USB, LSB and ISB.  Fast, flexible scanning with 100 memory channels. By combining analog and digital signal processing (DSP), the WJ-8711 achieves high performance. DSP techniques accomplish functions such as noise blanking, IF filtering, AGC, demodulation, Beat Frequency Oscillator (BFO) and passband tuning. IF BWs are 0.3, 1.0, 3.2, 6.0, 16.0khz in AM, FM, CW modes and 3.2khz in USB, LSB, ISB modes. The EPROM's versions. 8711 A2 U12 1.4.0    8711 A2 U56  1.2.0 Operating input power is 100-254VAC 35 watts.  Passes all BITE (Built In Test Equipment) tests. Preselector and internal loud speaker are installed. There are several scratchs and dents on front and chassis. Please refer to the pictures. This receiver is in working condition. I have checked the sensitivity of this receiver by RF signal generator, then this receiver could catch the low level signals up to -115dBm. I can receive DX signals well at all modes. Being sold "as-is" without warranty. If no satisfaction, return and refund bid price in two weeks. Winning bidder pays bid price and shipping charge via PayPal in advance.
