SET INCLUDES A 3.5V NI-CAD CONVERTIBLE HANDLE WITH MACROVIEW OTOSCOPE AND COAXIAL OPHTHALMOSCOPE 14-DAY WARRANTY! FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING! This is a used set that is in excellent condition. These sets were obtained from graduating medical students that obviously took great care of their sets. We have tested every component in these sets and they work properly. As an added courtesy to the buyer, we have replaced the aging battery with a new, premium, preconditioned nickel-cadmium battery that has a 2016 expiration date. List price on this set is over $770. The price of this set on the internet ranges from $540- $654. As an added courtesy to the buyer, we have "preconditioned" the new battery in this set to ensure optimum performance. Preconditioning consists of charging the new battery for 16 hours and then completely discharging the battery (about an hour minimum); charging the battery a second time for 16 hours and totally discharging for a second time, and charging the battery a third time for 16 hours.
