This set is a government surplus item (MIL-5062) that is manufactured by Welch Allyn to support our military efforts. This is the most comprehensive fiberoptic laryngoscope set manufactured by Welch Allyn and contains both English MacIntosh and Miller blades. All of the components are neatly packaged in a custom-formed plastic Pelican case. The set includes nine blades, three handles, a penlite, spare bulbs, spare cartridge lamps, a locking travel case (with 2 sets of keys), laminated restocking guide card, and printed instructions for the care/maintenance of the set. All blades exhibit single-piece stainless steel construction (which permits inexpensive repair by Welch Allyn in the future (if ever needed). We have classified these sets as "new other" condition since the rugged carry case shows signs of modest use/modest scuffing but the internal components appear unused.
